General Service Disclaimers
• ❗️ Severe Stains & Vehicle Condition: For vehicles with severe or unknown stains, we may not be able to completely remove them. Similarly, for vehicles in poor condition, we may not be able to fully restore them to their original state.
• ❗️ Timeframe: The duration for full detailing services can vary based on the vehicle’s size, condition, and the specific services requested. While we aim to complete the detailing within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen issues such as hidden stains, excess dirt, or other condition-related factors may arise during the process. In such cases, the completion time may extend beyond the initial estimate as we address these issues thoroughly. Our priority is to deliver the highest quality service, and we appreciate your understanding should additional time be required.
• ❗️ Personal Items: Customers are requested to clear their personal items from their vehicle before appointments.
• ❗️ Repair Responsibility: We are not responsible for repairing near-failing parts that may tear, break, or come loose during the cleaning process.
• ❗️ Defective or Loose Materials: If we encounter any defective, fragile, or loose materials during the cleaning process, we may not be able to clean those areas thoroughly to avoid causing further damage. Your vehicle’s safety and integrity are our priority, and we will always prioritize caution in such cases.
• ❗️ Mid-Detail Cancellation
A cancellation during the detailing process may lead to a 50% charge for the work completed up to that point! This fee helps cover the costs of labor, materials, and time already invested. Please notify us promptly if you need to cancel to avoid unnecessary charges. Thank you for your cooperation!
• ❗️ Equipment Failure Disclaimer
In the event of equipment failure during service that cannot be repaired promptly, we may need to reschedule your appointment for later in the day or another day. We strive to minimize disruptions, but occasionally unforeseen issues may arise. We appreciate your understanding and will make every effort to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
Interior Cleaning Disclaimers
• ❗️ Glove Box: Glove boxes will not be cleaned, and we will not disturb any contents inside. This is to respect your privacy and to avoid the risk of misplacing, damaging, or improperly handling any personal, sensitive, or valuable items stored there. If you would like the glove box cleaned, we ask that you completely empty it before your appointment
• ❗️ Headliners: Headliners are not cleaned due to potential adhesive damage from our cleaning products unless requested by the customer. A $20 fee will apply for headliner cleaning.
• ❗️ Seat Belts: Seat belts are not cleaned, as doing so could potentially compromise the material’s integrity, making them unsafe in the event of an accident.
• ❗️ Tracks & Seat Rails: While we aim to remove as much grime as possible from tracks and rails, a 100% cleaning might not always be feasible. We recommend maintaining proper lubrication to prevent excessive wear.
Exterior Cleaning Disclaimers
• ❗️ Paint Damage: We are not responsible for any paint damages during the polishing/waxing or external detailing process that may occur on painted surfaces that are aging, inadequately covered/designed, or have started to lift or crack off the surface.
• ❗️ Paint Protective Film (PPF): We will not take responsibility for any damages to paint protective film (PPF) coverings that may occur during the washing process. We wash these areas with a low-pressure water hose to avoid any damage.
Additional Service Limitations
• ❗️ Sunroof Cleaning: We only clean the sunroof glass surfaces with the sunroof in the closed position. We do not open sunroof windows to do any track area cleaning. The sunroof tracks are best maintained by auto glass shops.
• ❗️ Engine Bay Washes: At the moment, we do not offer engine bay washes. This is due to the fact that engine bays contain sensitive components, such as wiring, sensors, and electrical connections, which can be damaged by excessive water exposure. Additionally, engine compartments have intricate areas where dirt and grime can accumulate, making them difficult to clean thoroughly without risking damage. We recommend seeking a specialized service if you wish to have your engine bay cleaned by a professional equipped to handle the intricacies of engine components.
• ❗️ Mobile Service Equipment: As a mobile service, we only pack what is needed to complete the job that was requested during previous conversations. Please be as specific as possible with any issues you may have.
Scheduling & Changes
• ❗️ Same-Day Appointments: Same-day appointments may not be available for certain services and require scheduling.
• ❗️ Last-Minute Changes: To prevent unnecessary expenses and waste of resources during packing and transportation, please minimize last-minute changes. Last-minute changes may incur a $10 fee.
Payment & Financial Disclaimers
• ❗️ Payment Due: Payment/invoices are due immediately after services are completed.
• ❗️ Late Payments/No Payments: In the case of delayed or non-payment, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover the owed amount, including filing a claim through small claims court, engaging a collections agency, and charging interest at the maximum allowable rate under Texas law. Additional charges, such as court costs and attorney fees, may apply.
Customer Obligation Disclaimers
• ❗️ Clear Communication: Customers are expected to communicate any special requests, concerns, or issues clearly and in advance. We cannot be held responsible for missed details if not explicitly mentioned prior to the service.
• ❗️ Cooperation During Service: Customers must ensure access to the vehicle is provided without obstruction. We are not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by lack of access or cooperation.
• ❗️ Clearance of Vehicle Area: Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is in a safe and clean environment for service, including removing any obstacles or debris around the vehicle that may hinder the cleaning process.
• ❗️ Inaccurate Information: Any inaccurate or misleading information provided about the vehicle’s condition or the desired services may result in additional charges or incomplete services. Customers are obligated to provide truthful and detailed information about the vehicle.
• ❗️ Punctuality: Customers are expected to be on time for their appointments. If the customer is late, we reserve the right to shorten the service time or charge an additional late fee.
• ❗️ Full Service Time Commitment: Customers must allow us to complete the entire job without interruptions. Do not book our services if you have plans or cannot allow us to work the full time needed to complete the service. Interruptions or time constraints may compromise the quality of our work
SAFETY OF WORK AREA
The safety of the work area is crucial. Customers must ensure that any children, pets, or unauthorized persons stay away from the work area at all times to avoid tripping hazards or injuries caused by our equipment, hoses, or cables. We are not responsible for any injuries caused by anyone entering the work area or compromising the safety of our equipment. For your safety and ours, we will halt services if the work area is not deemed safe. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure this precaution is followed at all times.
❗️Hearing Protection: Due to the nature of our equipment, we may wear hearing protection or similar devices while working. As a result, we might not be able to hear customers speaking to us during the service. If you need to get our attention or have important instructions, please approach us when safe to do so or wait for an appropriate break in the work. Your understanding and patience are appreciated.
• ❗️Texas Heat and Fatigue: While we always strive for the best results, please understand that factors like heat, wind, dust, and leaves can affect the outcome. • Late Cancellations/No Shows: Late cancellations or no-shows can severely affect our schedule. They waste valuable time that could have been used for other customers, and we may have already prepared materials, loaded equipment, or traveled to your location. As a small business, cancellations impact us significantly, which is why we enforce a cancellation policy.
• Mid-Detail Cancellations: If you cancel mid-detail, it may result in a partial charge or upfront payment to cover time and materials already invested in your vehicle.
• No Shows: Customers who do not show up for their scheduled detail will incur a $30 charge for the missed appointment. This fee covers time lost and equipment setup.
